Jaime graduated as summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. Following her undergraduate studies, Jaime worked as a Paralegal in the Onslow County area for 10 years, where she developed a deep passion for helping people navigate the legal system. She attended law school at Oklahoma City University School of Law. During her time at OCU, Jaime was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, the Native American Law Student Association Moot Court team, and was actively involved in her school’s Innocence Clinic. Jaime was also a merit scholarship recipient and graduated with the honor of cum laude. Upon graduating, she returned to Onslow County where her husband is stationed as an active-duty Marine. Although North Carolina may not be where Jaime is from, she and her husband have lived here the majority of her husband’s 18 years of service and have grown to call Onslow County home. In her free time, Jaime enjoys spending time with her husband and their son, exploring the small towns of Eastern North Carolina, and relaxing on the many beautiful beaches this area has to offer. Jaime is a member of the Onslow County Bar Association practicing in Civil Litigation and Family Law.
