Wesley Charles-Craft was born and raised in Jacksonville before moving to Pamlico County at the age of 11. He followed a nontraditional path to becoming an attorney, beginning his postsecondary education in the Industrial Systems Technology program at Craven Community College. After about a year, Wesley made the pivotal decision to pursue a career in law. He completed his Associate’s Degree at Craven in 2020 and transferred to East Carolina University, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2022 with a degree in History and a concentration in Pre-Law.
Wesley earned his J.D. from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2025. During law school, he served as a member of the Campbell Law Review, gaining extensive experience in legal research and writing. He also received book awards in Remedies, Pre-Trial Litigation, Constitutional Litigation, and State Constitutional Law.
Wesley first joined The Law Offices of John Drew Warlick, P.A. as a summer intern following his first year of law school. A proud native of Eastern North Carolina, he is honored to return to the firm as an attorney and to serve the community that helped shape him.
Outside of the office, Wesley enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, staying active, and watching UNC sports. He is also an avid reader of history if time permits.
